Processing: 2-5 business days for in-stock items.
Shipping: Small items via parcel: 5-10 days; larger cabinets via freight: 7-15 business days. You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on size/weight. Larger cabinets may have separate freight charges. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?
Yes, all items require assembly (attaching shelves, doors, handles, hardware). Instructions and tools included.

10. What are anti-tip devices and why are they important?
Anti-tip devices are included with all toy cabinets and clothing storage units. They must be attached to the wall to prevent tipping, which can cause serious injury or death. Follow installation instructions carefully. These devices meet ASTM F3096 safety standards.

11. How do I care for my children's furniture?

Clean: Wipe with soft, damp cloth; mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Spills: Wipe immediately to prevent staining.
Check: Inspect hardware monthly; tighten if loose.
Re-tighten: Anti-tip wall brackets should be checked periodically.
